Duties;

  • Teaching students the National Curriculum, marking classwork, and providing feedback.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and feedback.

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

Experience

  • A degree in English is preferred, or a minimum of A-levels is acceptable.
  • Previous teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching are crucial for success in this role.

Customer Services & Cashier

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and well-organised individual to join our team as a fee collection & customer service representative at our established tuition centre. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth handling of fee transactions and maintaining effective communication with parents and guardians regarding payments and general enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the collection of tuition fees, ensuring accurate record-keeping and issuing of receipts.

· Maintain and update payment records on the dedicated software.

· Proactively follow up on outstanding and due payments via phone and email.

· Respond to fee-related and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

· Provide front-desk support, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience.

· Assist with other administrative duties as required.

· Dealing with parents, pupils and supplier queries by phone, e-mail and letter

Candidate Requirements:

· Prior experience in fee collection, reception, or administrative support is desirable.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident telephone manner and ability to handle sensitive conversations regarding payments.

· Competent in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, data entry software).

· High level of integrity, attention to detail, and punctuality.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Position Overview:

As the English Department Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the academic performance of students within the English department. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Classroom Activities:
